I am working in a Private firm from last 3.3 years. I am 5 months pregnant and as per the new maternity law I am eligible for 6 months maternity leaves. From past few days my HR & my Manager is behaving in unappropriate manner. They are assigning me work which requires long working hours. They have indirectly asked me to resign also. Post my discussion with the HR, I got to know that they are not willing to provide me my complete maternity benefits. Infact they want me to resign from my post. Please help me with the measures and actions I should take against the company. As its getting realy difficult to handle daily mental torture.
