My wife is 7 months pregnant now and she is working in private organization from last 5 months. Her organization rejecting paid maternity leave as she did not complete 1 yr in current organization. I have read act, it shows 80 working days is mandatory to avail paid leave. Is it true ? Can I approach legally in my case ? What would be process for that. Please help in answering my query
