Sir.
I am a keralite boy wanted to marry my croatian girlfriend in India under special marriage act or HIindu marriage act. She has visa for few days. Before she go we need marriage certificate and the apostille stamp on it. Is ther any possible way to marry soon..and certificate should be valid both in india and Croatia also. hoping for a positive reply.

It is not so easy as you think, it is cumbersome procedure. if you are prepared for this, you can give a try. Given the situation, i do not think it is practically possible, in this short span of time.
You can marry her only under SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT.
