Marriage registration

hI,

MY NAME IS KETAN  AND I AM HINDU AND I GOT MARRIED TO MUSLIM GIRL. WE HAVE DONE NIKAH ALSO .

BOTH OF US HAVE DECIDED TO CONTINUE WITH OWNS RELIGION AND ACCORDINGLY WE HAVE NOT CHANGED THE NAMES ALSO.

 

Now if I want to get marriage certificate under special marraige act 1954... how i should go about it.

pls guide me as i dont want to keep this pending for long.

A marriage of a hindu with a muslim can be performed only under the special marriage act. Neither a marriage as per hindu rites and ritual nor performing nikah would make a valid married. The marriage itself will be void. You get married under the special marriage in the marriage registrar's office.
