I am a NRI.Me and my husband got married in swizerland last year without informing our family members.We were staying together from India and abroad before marriages last 10 years. we delayed for marriage because we want to settle financially first.My husband has issue with his family.He doesnot like them due to some family matter. But now whenever i tell my husband that we need to inform his parent about marriages.He used to abuse and stop me saying that his family members will not accept me .3 months before we went india.There i informed to his family and my family about our marriages.His family members welcomed me without any issue.After that my husband stop talking to me and now we are not staying as family under one roof.Even he told that he will give divorce to me.My questions are :
1. Is my marriage is valid in India ? We have not registered our marriage in India.We are both hindu.
2. How to registered in my marriage in India ? I heard to do marriage regd in India ,we need to present together along with our family members.Please clarify me.I doubt now he maynot go for regd in india.
3. It is easy to get divorce in swizerland.But will this divorce valid in India too.
What i have to do ? Please suggest me.
