Hello..........Im 34 yr male who married a girl about a 1.3year back. i have a one yr old male child. my wife had a pre marital affair with a boy. her behaviour after marriage has not been good. she does not allow me to meet my parents and threatens me that she will commit suicide if i meet my parents. i live in NCR and parents in punjab, we r also not having any physical relation since last 8m. pls tell how to go for a divorce. i cant pay any compensation to her , i want to keep my baby too. should i file the case or wait for her to???
