Marriage advice

Hi...I am stuck in bad marriage...3 years seperation..wife and his parents are ready for divorce ...but are looking to extort huge money and also blackmail for false 498a.....can I do second marriage...without divorce...or is there any law through which the marriage will become void and I will be free ...pls advice

You need to legally divorce your wife before you go for second marriage.no other way dear friend

You cannot re marry till you have a divorce decree.. Have u filed for divorce? If not, do that at the earliest.. Collate evidences against her and her family and Lodge a police complaint.. You need to be patient.. Any hurry will show that you are the one who is desperate for seperation, which will weaken your case..
