Marrying a foreigner in India should be done by civil form of marriage under the Special Marriage Act 1954. You being an Indian along with the other person need to give notice under this Act for marriage to the Marriage Officer/Registrar of Marriages of your district where you are residing for not less than one month. After the expiry of one month the notice period, you both will get married by the Marriage Officer in presence of total 3 witnesses, this marriage will be registered and valid marriage certificate issued which you can use for immigration and other official purposes in India as well in the country of the other person and anywhere in the world. If you are living in Delhi/Gurgaon contact me for helping you out for this. vijaymahajan5758@gmail.com
