Major amount cut from pension after retirement

I took VRS IN 2014 from the post of Cooperative Extension Officer in Bihar Government. After that I was given pension and gratuity. then they cut 85k from my pension after 6 months of retirement. And now after 2 yrs they have cut one increment from my basic pay in pension. Please suggest what could be done in this regard.

When you don't discuss the background of the disciplinary case, findings of departmental inquiry and the decision of the disciplinary authority or the appellate authority, or on account of what the recovery was made, how you can expect anyone can suggest you by making his owbn predictions about what is what of your case?
