Maintenance where no s*x

Can some one tell me if a wife is eligible for maintenance in case of following conditions

   - Wife is working

   - wife stays in husnads home for only ~ 1 month

   - there is no s*x, and marriage is not consumed.

   - wife deserts hiusband

Is there any way marriage can be nullified if now 2 years has been passed after marriage ? Both husband and wife are not impotent..
