Can an illegitimate minor son get maintenance from his father in Muslim Law?

Yes. illegitimate minor son of muslim is entitled to maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and also section 20(d) of the Domestic Violence Act. In the case of DV Act, it has to be proved that the nature of relationship between the mother of minor son and the father are like that of wife and husband.
