Dear All,
Final order of rs 10,000 pm has been passed by the family court gurgaon in 125 crpc( not interiem)
I was slightly miss guided (lack of knowledge) by my lawyer.
I lost my job well before the filling of 125 crpc by my wife.(having all the proofs).
Can i file 127 now(after 6 months of order) if yes in which court i have to file this??
she dont having any documentary proof of my past earning as well/
can i file 127, my lawyer said NO??
