Hi, There are a few members in our apartment association who are refusing to pay the monthly maintenance charges. They have kept the dues for 1 year and it is turning into a big sum. How can we claim this money from these people? They are basically the home owners who have let-out their property, and neither the residents nor the owner are paying the maintenance charges.
