Hello everyone.
I just wanted a legal opinion regarding the maintenance charges asked by the builder of our society ,I had taken the possession of my flat almost two years back but the society is still under construction and also there is work going on in common areas regarding the water leakage in Basemant parking area.
Requesting your expert advice on this if am I liable to pay maintenance charges to builder or not(society is not yet handed over to any RWA till date)
