Dear Sirs,
I bought a flat in one of the society in Ghaziabad, at the time of possession builder asked us to pay us the advance maintenance for an year. I took the possession in Month of April and paid advance maintenance and service tax in a single shot. Now builder is asking for the maintenance charges once again on the basis of issuance of Possession letter, Now I would like to request you to please let me know the consequences and outcome on below mentioned points.
1. I bought this flat in resale and paid Rs. 100 per square feet for the change of name to builder.
2. Paid the complete amount to builder for one year maintenance.
3. Date of registry is February 19, 2014.
4. Possession given - March 28, 2014.
Please guide me on the basis of above issues.
