How it can be proved that the 'maintenance-bill' is issued by the secretary in the name of the member/owner of flat/ant property in the registered housing society in Maharashtra.
Further how to prove that the secretary is authorised to issue such maintenance-bill.
Please supply me any judgement or bare act or section of the bye-laws where it is so clearly mentiomned.
1) generally in all societies all bills are signed by either chairman /secretary /treasurer . ie any one . managing committee generally passes resolution authorisng these office bearers to sign on behalf of society ,place money in fixed deposits etc
