Sir, my friend get married in 2012. after two one year her wife put 498 A & other harassement case (3 cases) cases on him on may 2013.he get out side through jail. now he want divorce from that girl and many times he tried to call her parents for settlement( By calling with this lawyer to her Parents) but they are not coming for settlement.after that he suddenly knows that they tried to put one more case that is maintenance case on him..he is working as an contract basis worker in some company..is there any way to put the maintenace case on him without inclome certificate.he is a muslim.. can you explain what are chances of problem getting if he want divorce as per muslim law.. at this case running time he cant get divorce with her or he can get divorce?if she put that maintenance case he want to give 3% of his salaray income to her like manovarthi..he can't get the divorce na..Please tell me the procedure..very urgent..
