Maintenanace to child

my wife is in government service , having same grade pay as mine .

district court ordered me to pay 4000/- per month as maintenance for the 1 year old child , in the same order hon. judge stated that it is the duty of father to look after the child and dependents .

i am appealing against the order  on the ground of judgement of Hon. supreme court ( shown in the image in prev. post )
