Greetings to all. Plz be kind enough to advise and suggest
"wife files crpc 125 on 16 july 2015 demanding huge amount, court sends me petition via courier as i live abroad,i recieve the courier on 29 july 2015, the first page says I am required to appear before the court on 11th day of August 2015 at 11 am to show cause if any why the said application should not be granted.".
I am working in Jamaica and under financial constraint, unable to attend.
