Sir,
We live in 4+1 Appartment in first floor where the ground floor is for parking.The society has been registered also.
1. As we are in the first floor we never use the lift( paying the lift mainantace charges), apart from that EB bill nowadays shootup 5000/month(common- which includes 4 lights, motor,lift) as summer there is no point of putting the motor we are purchasing the tanker every day. so common EB bill is maximum of Lift charge only.As a memebr of teh appartment is there is a rule that a person not using a lift atall -will have to bare the charges of lift?-kindly clarify.
2. Already we are purchasinga tanker,secratary of the flat -they had a marriage function where there was a crowd(engaement function, marriage evrything in house only) as they used the EB and water -we purchased 2 tankers/day for that particular week, he never bothered to pay the extra money-Is this correct?
