Thankyou for taking your precious time with reading my post. I am a newbie here on this site.
My family recently purchased a small agriculture land in Mahad Raigad since I wanted to get in to farming/agriculture and start a diary farming project. The sale agreement was done between us and the seller. We bought the land.
Name change on 7/12 is required as we need to get our name on the 7/12 and remove seller's name from it. Ourselves and the seller both did signatures for doing this name update on 7/12.
Now my problem is that the talati of the village is doing "Natak" with issuing us new 7/12 with our names. He is purposely doing it and we are calling him several times to check status of this. Each time he is giving lame excuse. The Tahsildar office of Mahad is extremely corrupt. I am also fine with giving him some money for getting this done which is required this days else this Talati they WILL NOT DO your work.
I would really appreciate if someone would advise me what needs to be done from my side ?
I am going to complain to the collector but again this lady is also corrupt one.
Should I file a complaint with Anit Corruption Bureau ? I dont want this Talati just suspended instead he should be fired.
