Dear Sir Please Help me urgent.
Sir we are belonging to ST scheduled tribal cast we don’t know more rules and regulation acts please some one guide and help us. How to move ahead on below matters.
We are women self grouped members (5 members)DRDA department of rural development authority under (PPK) palla pragathi pathakum Andhra Pradesh . we took loan from Cooperative society bank trough government scheme for milk dairy cows.
Govt. Scheme as below.
Total scheme = 600 000 lcs
Bank loan= 345000 thusand
Government subsidy= 225000 thusand
Total cows =8 nos
First part grounding we purchased 5 dairy milk animals from thamilnadu cost of 230000 due to cows FMD disease we financially loss in milk dairy form we sold them for just 70000 thousand only. Now second part we did not purchase cows 3 numbers. Now government employees saying that subsidy which been provided by government to be return 90000 thousand otherwise all member has to go jail this is what government employees saying. Sir all subsidy provided by govt that been used for grass and shed water facilities feeding medical expenses for cows how can we pay back. How we can fight on this issue.
