I have been initially approved for pursue a study of 2 years while in service, but after an year, management has asked me to either pursue course or work full time due to business requirement with respect my role in the organization. Hence I decided to take a break for an year and continued working. But now, with baseless allegations, performance has been questioned and also told the work currently pursued is minimal. Now repent for lossing an year of studies and by this time would have completed studies and career growth would have occurred. Can I apply for compensation on loss of studies and for mental agony
