I have been arrested on March 15 2012 while travelling from Bahrain to india at chennai airport, and submitted to court at Guntur Dt, for attending my 498a DVC and maintenance cases,On Dec 6th 2014 we settled all the three cases for 11 Lakh rupees and applied for Divorce,, and on June 4th 2015 we got Divorce and got the lok adalath diposed case documents for all originals.. Now recently on Oct 30th 2015 I recieved my Divorce copy, and passport also..
At the same time around Divorce June 4th 2015 i have applied for circular lookout withdrawl request to SP office and it is moving to and fro from PS to SP office and SP office to PS for getting proper format and CI is busy etc...from past 5 months... but no LOC withdrawal happend yet.. and the SP office clerk always telling it is in the right track now i send the format to CI and within 2 days you will recive a mail copy and you should send it to some office in Hyderabad. then everything is done..
he is telling always this but it is not happening.
Is there other fastway , to withdraw lookout circular ,, I have all original Lok-a-dalat case disposal copies and Divorce copy xerox attested by copiest,, with me.. kindly suggest.
