Dear Experts,
A false compliant 420cr filed against me and police strongly opposing to grand AB too. So court rejected my AB application. Now I am working in different state and planning to quit my job and coming to face this case to solve. In this case, i am going to surrender in the police station. In case if they put me in lock-up, after how many days i can apply for bail? If i will be in lock-up for few days, how will I get food, water, toilet and other unavoidable things?

Rejection
of AB doesn't give any additional right to police to arrest you. You should appeal in HC for AB. You need to prove that you are cooperating with police.
If you get arrested you can file bail application after your PC gets over and court order JC

If the sessions court dismissed the AB application, you may apply for the same before high court. Once remanded you will be taken to central prison or any local prison where all facilities are made available to prisoners.
