Dear Experts,
I have got money/loan for my marriage expense by the year 2011 from my sister and 2 of relative.Still these loans are not yet paid. For my relatives I have documents over the loan. But for my sister loan, i dont have any sort of document.
My wife is not working and she separated herself and my child from me.My question is can I show these loans and decrease the alimony to my wife if I file divorce?.

1. Only if same reflects in your ITR computation and no Notice issued till date by your IT Ward AO.

loan you have taken from you relative, you must shown in income tax return or any related documents or call witness summons them, regarding the loan you have taken from sister you can also call as witness.
