Loan settlement at lok adalat

My PL of 5.75 lacs gone NPA and is sold to Kotak bank with 3 lacs principal.Im not able to pay 13500 EMI as i hv other EMIs too.Can i get the loan restructured to a low EMI of around 5k with lowrr interest rate of interest waiver through lok adalat ? Please guide me.Im getting harassed by kotak .

Accordingly raise your Counter offer for a closure of NPA
