Loa case

HI,

I have done a LOA case for a property of my Grandfather. My grandfather is no more and so i filed the case for the property. The property is on rent and I take the rent from the tenant regularly. Infact I have been taking the rent from him for the past 10 years. My uncle is now coming over the property and harassing the tenant to vacate the property. I have warned my uncle that there is acase going on and if you have any concern then you should say it in court of law rather than harassing the tenant for no reason.

But he doesnt listen. Please tell me what measures can I take to prevent my uncle from harassing the tenant. Is there any way out since i have alreay filed a case for LOA.

What is LOA.  Who filed LOA and on whom you have filed the case and what is the relief you have prayed in the case and in which court. Also tell me how many sons and daughters born to your grand father.
