Kindly advice.One of my friend is Director of Pvt Ltd co and carrying operation from his own property. Official liquidator on statement given by director of another company got inspection order to seize book of accounts of another company not associated with my friend's company. ,During inspected they did not find anything. how to get stay for another notice or order.
