I have been denied lien by my previous employer (CPSU) stating the reason of employee shortage. Although I got NOC at the time of interview & was fulfilling all criteria regarding lien scheme of that CPSU. Further to that I have been relieved from the services after accepting resignation by competent authority. I am now working with new employer which is a GoI Autonomous Institute not on immediate absorption basis.
I want retention of lien from my previous employer (CPSU). May honorable experts help/suggest me in this regard?
