i have a hotel.purchase from old owner.
the license is the name of old owner.and after payment he cancelled the license.
then i apply for new license with the my name
dupy collector isnot giving me license.
he is asking national noc.of national highway which is not possitive in my favour.
old license is issued without the noc of national highway.
how old license is issued without the noc of national highway.
what can i do
