Lic claim amount right

Hello All,

My wife got expired 3 1/2 years back after delivery of my second child. She opened 3 LIC policies before our marriage. Our in-laws claimed the LIC policy amount as they are the nominees for those policies. Actually we continued the same policies after marriage also with my in-laws as nominees. Around 10 Lakhs claimed by in-laws. After long arguments/discussions, we have deposited the amount in Bank on our kids name( per kid 5 lakhs for 10 years). For one kid, I am the guardian, for my second kid's FD, my mother-in-law is the guardian. She is taking Monthly interest of FD to her account and using for her personal use.

Kids are growing with me for the last 3 1/2 years.

How can I claim the remaining 5 Lakhs amount.

Please advise.

Regards,

Ravi
