Liability of bail surety

In this case Mr. A was arrested for an offence in one jurisdiction and later on was released on bail, he was properly adhereing to terms and condtions of bail and sureties were making sure that he attends all the court procedings. now Mr. A was arrested again in 2nd jurisdiction for other offence, sureties informed the court of 1st jurisdiction ASAP regarding Mr. A 's arrest, later the court of 1st jurisdiction forfieted the bail and asked the sureties to pay the bail amount. Sureties are challenging the court saying that they have adhered to the court order till Mr. A was arrested for 2nd offence and informed the court regarding the same asap, sureties prayed that the bail amount should not be forfieted and they should not be made laible to pay. the question which arises are-

1. what is resposibility of sureties in case the accused is arrested for another offence and the sureties informed the court regarding same asap ?

2. what happens to the bail granted in first case?

3. Liability of Sureties in case of second arrest of the accused?

4. Is there any case law supporting the sureties in above mentioned scenario?
