I got married to an NRI girl in United kingdom on August 2007. She is originally from Punjab and at the time i marriage she has PR status(permanent residency) of UK. So according to rule there she came to india and we got married in indian court at my city Dehradun after that she returned and i applied for my visa and got spouse visa for 2 yrs. i went there and lived there for a period of around 1-1/2 years and came back to India on May of 2009 because things were not going well between us, during that period i also had a son there. After i came she started calling me and told me that she will get things sorted out between us and that i should wait for her, now it is around 3-1/2 years and now i have decided to take a divorce from her and get married again. So please tell what legal process is needed to get a certificate of dissolution of marriage or divorce as she is UK citizen and i am indian or before marrying again what legal formalities i have to undergo. Please advice me on this regard.
