We are a startup with few Herbal products in our brand. We have trade license and VAT registered.
Now we would like to bring toilet soaps in our brand. The soap will be manufactured by the third party and it will be packed and marketed by us in our brand. (Please note that this is NOT a home made soap)
In the packet we do not want to put the manufacturer name and instead just want to put 'Packed and Marketed by'. This is allowed for other products but I am not sure whether it is allowed for Soap/Cosmetics. Is there any additional license/legal requirement to market soap in our brand? Please let us know.
