Legal remedies available against shoddy police investigation

That our ancestral house in Village SELINA, Tehsil/District Moga having 2800 square feet constructed area alongwith household items was demolished and disposed off by the village goondas in the F.I.R. No. 36 dated 2-4-2011 P.S. Moga Sadar u/s 379/420/120-B/467/468/471 I.P.C.The estimated loss is Rs.9.4 lakhs.

The police investigations are shoddy and named accused have not been arrested. It appears local police has accepted bribe from the accused and the DGP Punjab is also not helping as he is about to retire and plans to contect LS elections in 2014 from Moga and is nursing the goons of the district.

What is the legal remedy availabe to me ?
