sir in mutual divorce case lawyer files only documents connected with mutual divorce case but neglecting to file very important document concerning mutual divorce case. but vakalatnama appointing that lawyer to represent mcd case is not filed now question is what are major disadvantages of not filing vakalatnama to represent mcd case appointing that lawyer to represent mcd case in india?

is the Divorce plaint filed in the relevant court?

The court cannot accept a plaint without duly signed and stamped vakalatnama.

To engage advocate is not compulsory.You boith can make a joint plaint and p[reent yourself before court. When you dont have to contest , where is need for lawyer? And even if you want to contest there is no need for lawyer as compulsion.
