Legal Hierarchy certificate

My father passed away 3 years back. My grandmother, mother, sister and myself were added as legal hiers. My grandmother passed away few daya back. What is the procedure to update legal hier certificate without grandmothers name

there is no need to update lhc.just attach a copy of the death certificate with the lhc when you mutate the property over the legal heirs
