Dear all,

I filed RCR ,wife filed 498A,506,406, we are on bail first hearing is on jan-16

My questions:

1) I dont want to take back her, is it good to withdraw RCR (just had one hearing) or should i continune, will it hav any effect on 498?

2) How to remove A4 &A5 names they are no way related in case, knowingly she included their names, and what evedience show i submitt to magistrate to remove their names?

please help me

Filing RCR is the worst thing in marital disputes because that gives a chance for the wife's side to file criminal cases against the husband.Once the wife has left the marital/matrimonial home means she is disgruntled and how do U expect that by filing RCR she will come back. That's a wrong perception though often misled.Withdraw RCR right now after 498A is filed it is a dead wood.Removing the names of some accused is the discretion of the court and U they have to prove their innocence with merits.
