Legal heir-no proof available - passed away

A set of 5 legal heirs on a property, one person passed away . And no proof available on her. No legal heirs for the person who died and no one took death certificate also. What's can be done on the property split up.??

You can file partition suit if you want split / partition the property.

You can approach to Legal services authority or seek a declaration from the court about the legal heirs of the deceased.  Please contact the advocate as several details are required and lot of work has to be done for getting a valid legal title on such property.

1. The remaining Four legal heirs can file a Civil Court suit for Declaration of the mentioned facts by submitting undertaking and for decree of ownership in remaining four legal heirs. Do this thru a local property lawyer, by following due procedures of law.
