Legal heir

 

Mr X  has given GPA to Y  and died now still poperrty is in name of x only now who are the legal heirs if y wants to sell property what new documents are required for Y  authorsiing to sell the property

1st all the legal heirs of Mr. x needs to apply to the court for legal heriship certificate. once the court issues such certificate then all the legal heirs needs to take that certificate to the tehsildar office to insert their names in the property and after that the owners can sell the property or issue GPA or such documents for selling the property.
