We are three children of our Parents who have now expired. We consist of two sisters and myself brother. As legal heirs we are also the nominees with myself being the second nominee. Share certificate too has been changed accordingly with all our three names with each having equal shareholding.
My sisters have been staying in the house since the last 30 years. One of my sister has left her husband and staying with her son. The other sister is unmarried. We are all senior citizens.
I have been staying out side. Over the years when ever I enquired on the subject of my share, they just keep saying we will give, but nothing has happened. They have even had the name in the society lobby changed to fit their names, whereas my name is not included.
Can I put my name on the flat door, as it still mentions my Dad's name.
