we r thinking of starting a technical training institute in Ludhiana, Punjab.
we want to give certificates to the students after completion. and I will b having a partnership with my friend from another country.
plz let me know what r the requirements for making this type of partnership, where another person is not Indian resident.
also, what formalities we will require to make this whole setup legal, from partnership to a legal training institute (IT based).
plz make me know the charges we'll have to do all formalities as well as the time involved for each legal step.
