Legal documents.

For selling the house a Sale Agreement with registration is better or go for Direct Sale Deed with 70% of the total consideration amount before sale deed regn and balance in post dated cheques which will be indicated in the sale deed.Please indicate which will be the safe transaction.

The buyer should prefer to get whole payment before signing the sale deed.
