Legal advice

I am residing in a apartment consists of only 3 flats (one in each floor). My flat is at 2nd floor. Top floor owner have a pet dog and installed at gate in the stair case just above our entrance and it stopped us to use the roof. Also they have erected a shed at ground floor in common space just in front of their garage. Are all these can be termed as encroachment of common spaces and what legal action can be taken against the third floor owner. Also the pet always barks day and night and causing Nuisance all the times. Is there any law to stop roaming a pet in the common space. Regards

If you have a society then take the complaint to them.everyone in the apartment has equal rights over the terrace unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

I'm planning to buy a property. Identified the property but i need legal advice on the same.

The couple wish to sell the property.Property owned by wife, gifted by husband, husband got the property via sale deed from x party, both are alive.Couple has three childerns two sons and a daugther and they are married. First son died and he has one son and daughter and they are major(18+ years old) now. Second son alive  have one son and a daughter wherein daugther is major(18+ years old) and son is minor. Daughter alive has a son who is also major(18+ years old).

I would like to buy the property ... can i do the registration directly with the couples or do i need to get release deed from all of them on the seller name and get into the agreement of sale /sale deed registration.

Legally what should i need to do to avoid side effects of legal heirs in future.
