Can a case for compensation be filed against CIBIL for providing wrong information to Bank and causing loss to consumer/ complainant? Any Case case laws on this matter?

First of all you should establish that CIBIL has passed wrong or false information and/or CIBIL was informed of the erratic/ wrong or false information!
Otherwise CIBIL shall claim that it simply shared the information passed by the member say a bank!
