Leave before and after national holidays

DEAR SIR 

WE ARE WORKING IN A NEWSPAPER PUBLISHING  DAILY HINDI PAPER FROM NOIDA.

 

WE HAVE  NATIONAL HOLIDAYS OF DIWALI ON 13TH NOV & 14TH NOV .

 

WILL YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN  WHTHER ANY EMPLOYEE TAKEN  LEAVE FROM 10TH NOV TO 15TH NOV.

 

THEN DURING MONTHLY SALARY CALCULATION , LEAVE WILL BE COUNTER FOR 

 

6-DAYS ( 10TH NOV TO 15TH NOV) OR 4-DAYS ( 10TH NOV TO 12TH NOV ) OR  3-DAYS ( 10TH , 11TH & 15TH NOV).

Dear Amar Lal Soni good question you are asking and utilizing this site for helping employees and all ,as per National and festival Holidays Act you can avail Diwali leaves with Intimation to the concern authorities They will not deduct salary for those days , but before and after they can deduct untill and unless if you dont have leave balance or not approved by your Head , This Chaitanya MBS Advocate ,Hyderabad .07702199662

normally if you take with permission and make clarification with your hr department because your company people will have there own policy as per leave policy national holidays will not be counted and will not be deducted
