flat in mumbai suburb, given on leave & license agreement and it is registered,
disputes requires to be filed where ? any fees for such filing ??
do you have to go thru advocate or licensee / licensor can file file / defend themselves ?
what is typical time frame such disputes are resovled ??

What is the dispute?
Depend up on nature of dispute it can be filed in civil court or consumer court.
No time duration fixed for hearing such dispute.

licensee has terminated the leave and licence agreement on short notice ( only 15 days instead of 30 days required as per agreement ), so i had to deduct the full month from his security deposit and told him to collect his check against issuing a letter that this is full and final and no further claims which he refuses
amount of disputes is about Rs.65000
possession of flat has been handed over
