There is lease land in Pune . Given from lease from 1935 . For period of 50 years. Renewed again for 50 years.
Lease is there for 5 years
I want to transfer that land on my name from original lease holders.
What is the procedure . Dist. collector in pune renew the lease . Whose permission is required to renew the lease
Which document should be made etc.

i syggest first terminate the existing lease deed by termination of lease agreement.as tenant and lanloard can very well terminate the earlier agreement by mutual consent.after that enter in to a new lease deed.
