Leagal document of adopted child

Hi,

1. If the girl is Adopted, What legal documents she should have registered .

2. If her study certificate has her father name, is it legally accepted to claim property of her grand father's (Adopted father's father) property

Eg. Girl (A) is adopted by Father (B), to claim B's father's property, i.e grand fathers property ; what legal documents she should have.

you can write a adoption deed and you can register, or you can file a petition before court for adoption,

and a adopted girl is also having a right over the property of her grand father if it is having a proper proof and she can claim her share only after the grand father death.

Hi, she has (adopted daughter) study certificate that contains her adopted father name in it. is it not valid to claim property of her grand father with just study certificated.
